Oui oui, mes amis – this evening I dined at Barbette, this adorable French cafe close to my work that serves french fries with lemon herb aioli that will scramble your brain they are so delicious.
I met up with a friend who recently got back from a trip home. We caught up over wine and le frites. Tres, tres bon. Sorry, I’ll stop pretending to be French now. Ahem…

How cute are their tables?! I love it. I had a glass of bubbly (that’s right, french fries and champagne, baby!) and a glass of rose before we peaced out.
What’s your adult beverage of choice?
Mine completely depends on the time of year/occasion but I love Malbec wine, English cider and a good mojito or margarita.
