thanksgiving side dishes

November 18, 2011

Thanksgiving to me is all about the sides. I am not about to blog about roasting the perfect turkey, since I’ve never done it before. I have however made a mean Brussels sprouts dish. Take that, homemakers! I see your turkey and I raise you a perfectly glazed Brussels sprout. Ha! I win.

Here are some links to some real life delicious side dishes. Make them, make friends.

Brussels Sprouts with Bacon and Figs

Roasted Delicate Squash Salad

Simple Baked Carrot and Parsnip Fries

Cornbread, Bacon, Leek, and Pecan Stuffing

Fancy Green Bean Casserole

Roasted Pumpkin Salad
