have a delightful weekend.

Hi! I’ve been out of town most of this week, working in Michigan. It was a wonderful trip but it’s safe to say that I’m utterly exhausted. I hope you have some fun plans this weekend. We’re going to check out our local co-op’s CSA fair and decide whether or not we finally want to bite the bullet and join one. Other than that, I’m aiming for chill central! Here are some interesting reads and delicious links from around the web…

I can’t wait to buy some rhubarb and get baking!

I had to smile when I saw your link to the perfect rhubarb fool. I just printed it out yesterday and am now plotting how we can find our way to a farm this weekend to get the first rhubarb of the season. (:

Rhubarb? Yes, it’s spring and rhubarb is sounding tasty right now. I might have to bother DS and ask if his rhubarb is big enough to pick yet…

Looks lovely! The rhubarb is finally appearing in my garden as well although growing slowly as it seems to be monsoon season in the UK at the moment!

Rhubarb crumble tonight though
